Roles and responsibilities:
Producing 2D, 3D and AR/VR animations and designs from scratch
Designing cutting edge motion graphics for various digital and social marketing channels
Creating presentations, mock up visuals and corresponding asset production against social strategy ad brand guidelines
Provide creative vision to the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work
Strong understanding and implementation of social best practices, motion graphics, and design principles
Knowledge and fluency on all social platforms, a passion for what’s happening in culture
Collaborate and partner with various teams to meet deadlines
Maintain ownership of work from concept through final delivery while appropriately communicating with the supervisor to ensure alignment
Prioritise multiple projects at any given time and efficiently deliver on time especially given real-time, responsive nature of social landscape
Requirements:
Min 2 years experience in Motion and Graphic Design
Proficiency in 2D, 3D and AR/VR motion designing
Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cinema 4D and other associated tools.
Expertise in CC Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Strong social and digital first experience required to create compelling, breakthrough assets with graphic design and an emphasis on AR/VR, 2D and 3D motion graphics
Versed and on-top of current trends (art, pop culture, design & typography, advertising, social media, digital, entertainment, etc.)
Tapped into global design, marketing campaigns and trends
Enthusiastic team-player, Curious and keen to grow & learn
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed
A thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) social media, and the main features, benefits and limitations of all of the major social platforms
Demonstrate ability to translate core branding equities and tone through a variety of digital marketing activation
